T-Tree Simplex was my favourite lip balm, so I was really sad when it was disconned in 2006 or so. It was a nice thin texture so didn't need to be kept warm, though that did have the side effect of making it runny if you did happen to leave it in your pocket by mistake. I don't recall it smelling much like tea-tree - a slightly woody vanilla was the overwhelming scent for me - but as tea tree oil is reknown for being a bit icky, this was good - the vanilla covered the taste nicely, too. Lip Service has served as an alright replacement for me, over the years, but suffers from being very solid and not smelling quite so lovely. I'd award T-Tree an 8/10.
